Up and Running with Bluehost !

By comradesimba

Thanks to jim for the cash to keep my interest level up enough to continue. The new site homepage will be

http://www.comradesimba.com

This blog is moving to:  http://www.comradesimba.com/blog/

I’ll get the compost board moved over when I can get out of the garden long enough to do that geek stuff. My brain hurts from moving this thing around.

Blue host is 8 bucks a month – Jim is keeping us up now for 9 months. Perhaps the power will still be on at that time. bwahaha!

Clearly, the comrade hasn’t tried to cash the check yet.

    Hey, Comrad.

Just thought I’d send out a friendly greeting. I haven’t read your site for quite a while. I’m glad to know that we’re not alone in feeling somewhat crazed. Murph and I, as you know, have moved, live simply, have chickens & a garden and greenhouse. The rigors of the mandatory daily routine to keep things going provides a welcome structure that keeps us at least semi-grounded.

Some people are getting it. I attended a town meeting, where we were asked to add new ideas on what to focus on. I suggested preparing for an economic collapse with community gardens, a tool bank, farmer’s market, hitching posts for people who ride to work on horses or use carriages, or alternative things like bikes with electric motors, etc. To my surprise, a bunch of people ran over and put their “priority stickers” on my idea, and then told me I was gonna be on the committee to hire a new town planner!

Things start to look like there’s a possibility that things might actually change and be somewhat better, and then I read more shit about crowd and mind control weaponry, Frankenfood, detention camps, Planet X, etc, etc. ..and look up at my daily dose of chemtrails.

If I didn’t have to cut up a bunch of rhubarb to blanch and freeze, make bread, collect eggs, and water the garden today, I’d probably take the opportunity to go mad. But, as it is, I don’t have time.

Hang in there, Buddy. As Clyde said to Bonnie, “Ain’t life grand?”
